Two doctors arrested

Drs. Shahjahan Sultan of Madison and Thomas Edward Sturdavant of Kingsport, Tenn., pleaded guilty Thursday in Hattiesburg before Senior U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett to conspiring to commit health care fraud.
