Steelman arrests

Jatyran “Tug” Tuggle, 20, (left) and Jaquarious “Quay” Randle, 20, (right) were arrested in Jackson for the shooting death of Lisa Nguyen of Steelman Grocery. Both were transported back to Hattiesburg, questioned, and then charged with capital murder and other charges.
