Richard L. “Toppie” Seal, 87, of Wiggins, passed away January 15, 2020, at his residence.
He was a construction manager for Bechtel Engineering. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley “Kitty” Seal; his parents, Eli and Julia Seal; his sibling, Daffin Seal, H.B. Seal, Jack Seal, Thomas Seal, Winnie Green, Hilda Ladner, Elias Seal, Alma Walters, Lavon Seal and Daniel Seal.
He is survived by his children, Julie Elizabeth Seal of Wiggins and Richard Allen Seal (Rosa) of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Mary Elvie Hickman of Saucier and six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2020, at Crossroads Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Wiggins SPCA Hwy 26 Wiggins, MS 39577.
Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins is in charge of the arrangements.
