Frankie Charlene Bell, born December 14, 1945, in Summit, MS, passed away on October 26, 2019, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg at the age of 73.
Mrs. Bell was a homemaker. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and loved to read, work and arrange her flowers. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Denon Lewis and Ona Elena Van Buskirk Lewis; infant child, Nona Woodall; brothers, Clyde Lewis and James Lewis; and sisters, Virginia Cook, Elizabeth Woodall, Dorothy Brandon, and Joyce Griffin.
Family members surviving her are her loving husband of 28 years, Franklin Bell; son, Landon Woodall (Lisa) of MS; daughter, Hope Macaluso (Scott) of GA; step-daughters, Sheila Wadsworth and Kathy Donovan (Tom); brother, Ralph Lewis (Karen) of Texas; grandchildren, Faith Macaluso, Kadin Woodall, Kristen Woodall, Thomas Donovan, Christopher Donovan, and Stormy Sherman; and two great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Memory Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the chapel service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Sean Piper will officiate.
