James Ralph Burton Jr., 66, of Wiggins passed away October 29, 2020, at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport after a lengthy illness.
He was a member of Venture Church in Wiggins where he was a faithful servant of the Lord and worked for Stone County Schools as a dedicated educator.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Ralph Burton Sr. and a son, Josh Burton.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Burton of Wiggins; his children, April Scruggs and her husband Alexander of Mount Dora, Florida, Timothy Burton of St. Petersburg, Florida, Benjamin Burton of Wiggins and Jacob Burton of Wiggins; three grandchildren; his mother, Violet Cain Burton of Seminole, Florida and one sister, Robin Burton Robertson of Seminole, Florida and two nieces and a large extended family.
Moore Funeral Services in Wiggins is in charge of arrangements.
