Annette Chisholm, 53, of Purvis, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at the Purvis Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with interment in Caney Baptist Church Cemetery to follow.
Mrs. Annette was a member at Victory F.C.M. Church of Foxworth. She was adored by her family. She was the matriarch of the family. She had a deep love for her husband, her grandbabies, and was known to them all as “Maw”.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Aileen Sistrunk; her daughter, Catherine Statham; her grandson, L.J. Statham; and her granddaughter, Emma Statham.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Curtis Chisholm of Purvis; her daughter, Mary (Lee) Moree of Columbia; her sons, Jerry (Mary) Chisholm of Purvis, and John Curtis (Danielle) Chisholm of Purvis; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her brothers, Matthew (Cathy) Sistrunk of Panama City, FL, Edward (Teressa) Sistrunk of Sumrall, and Wesley Sistrunk of Panama City, FL; her sisters, Mary Davis of Foxworth, Lisa Kelly of Columbia, and Melissa Polk of Port Allen, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Annette will be 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2020, at the Purvis Chapel of Moore Funeral Services.
