Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2020, at Fairchild Cemetery in Moselle for Mr. William C. “Bill” Mooney, age 70, of Petal who passed from this life on April 19, 2020, at his residence.
Pallbearers will be William M. Mooney, Dalas Crosby, Chris White, Shane Buchanan, Steve Thorne, Rodney Willey.
Mr. Mooney retired from Mississippi Department of Transportation after 38 years. He loved sports, especially the Braves, the Saints, and the Golden Eagles. He was a member of Rivers of Life Church in Petal.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Dianne Mooney of Petal; son, William (Keante) Mooney of Crestview, FL; grandchildren, Jacob Mooney, Liam Mooney, Khamdyn Oliver, Steven Yawn, Asnleigh Malley, Makinna Crosby, Kaitlin Crosby, Jordan Crosby, Riley Crosby, Khamelia Mooney, Izabella Mooney and two great-grandchildren.
Jones and Son Funeral Home of Moselle is in charge of arrangements.
