Opal Annette Eaton, age 72, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020, in Gulfport, MS. She was born in Stone County on January 14, 1948, to the late Joseph and Alma Meadows.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Brooks. She worked as an aide at Stone County Hospital and was a member of Word Alive Revival Center.
Mrs. Eaton is survived by her brother, Raffal Meadows (Emma) of Wiggins; nieces, Connie (Rick) Mooney and Tracie (Mark) Holsopple of Wiggins; Great-Niece, Raylynn Mooney and Great-Nephew, Paul Mooney (Maggie).
A graveside service will be held at Bond Cemetery on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Moore Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
