Jimmie Sue Keyes, age 86, of Bay Springs, MS, formerly of Laurel, MS; passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
Born April 29, 1933, she was preceded in death by her parents, James and Francis Allman and her two sisters, Sarah Pitts and Myra Ligon.
Jimmie Sue fully enjoyed the time she spent in retirement from her long-time employment at Masonite of Laurel, MS, playing golf, crocheting, playing her piano and working in her yard. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was much loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Keyes and her son, Robert Keyes, Jr. and his wife, Margaret.
Visitation will be at First Baptist Church of Bay Springs on Saturday, March 14, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Bay Springs Cemetery. Rev. James Sprayberry will officiate.
