Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2020, at Walters Cemetery for Mrs. Sue Smith, age 86, of Moselle who passed from this life on May 4, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital. Bro. Bobby Boutwell will officiate the service.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her mother, Magdalene Temple Rawls; father, Red Temple; granddaughter, Melissa Ann McGee and great-grandson, Aiden Scott.
She is survived by her daughters, Dianne (Terry) McGee of Moselle and Marsha Tolbert of Yuba City, CA; grandchildren, Christina McGee (Sean ) Brace of Ellisville, Jimmie Renae McGee Tisdale (Eddie Rahaim) of Myrick, Timothy McGee (Joey) of Keensburg, CO, Jamie Scott (Leo) and Jerame Tolbert both of Yuba City, CA; great-grandchildren, Alex (Abigail) Tisdale of Houston, MS, Ryan Tisdale of Moselle, Luke Tisdale of Ellisville, Alyssa and Emily Brace both of Ellisville, Savannah and Cameron Scott of Yuba city, CA; step-sons, Dan (Lexie) Smith of Seminary and Wayne (Brenda) Smith of Gautier; 7 step-grandchildren; sisters, Mae (Bonnard) Bush, Hilda Anton, Elsie Sullivan; brothers, Dan, Mac, Dale, Jessie and Dwight Temple; long time friend and first cousin, Ruby Wadford of Jackson, MS.
She was a member of New Bethany Baptist Church in Ellisville. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, traveling and church family. She never took for granted time spent with her large extended family.
