Ethel Mae Hollmon Bond passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020, at Marion General Hospital in Columbia, Mississippi.
Born in Lucedale, Mississippi on March 29, 1929, she was the youngest of twelve children of the late William H. and Mary Elizabeth Gibson Hollmon. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bond was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Forbus Cecil Bond, and her eleven brothers and sisters
.
Mrs. Bond was Secretary to the President, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Perkinston, Mississippi for 34 years and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Wiggins.
She is survived by her children, Bambi (Bill) Breland and Kevin (Reneé) Bond; her grandchildren, Brittany (Brad) Jones, Garrett (Lexie) Bond, and Brianna Bond; and her great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lauryn, and Cameron Jones; all of Wiggins.
Graveside services were held Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Little Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Perkinston, Mississippi. Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins was in charge of the arrangements.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
