A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, for Mrs. Sarah Ruth Freeman, age 78, of Richton, at Frisco Cemetery. Mrs. Freeman passed away to her heavenly home on April 6, 2020, at her residence. Bro. Jason Howard and Bro. Steve Crawley will officiate the service.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Theriot, Mason Theriot, Chase Graves, Bryce Graves, Wyatt Townsend and Gavin Lee. Tanner Brown, Kason Davis and Hadley Jones will be alternate pallbearers.
Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her daughter, Leah Kay Walls; parents, Ammie Thomas and Mattie Evelyn Williams; sisters, Margaret Brewer and Virginia McCurdy; brothers, A.T. Williams Jr, Hillman Williams, R.L. Williams, Flavius Williams and Clyde Williams.
She is survived by her husband, David Freeman of Richton; sons, Billy Keith (Alesia) Walls of Tampa, FL, Jeffrey (Jade) Walls of Tifton, GA, Brandon (Kayla) Freeman of Richton; sister, Jean Johnson of Lake Park, GA; grandchildren, Breanna Walls, Bradon Freeman and Payton Freeman.
Mrs. Freeman was a member of Cannan Missionary Baptist Church. She retired as a retail store manager with the Army-Air Force Exchange Service after 22 years of service.
