Virginia Kathryn Rutherford, 86, of Hattiesburg, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital. Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. at Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. Rutherford was of the Methodist faith. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas and she enjoyed writing poetry. She loved life, people and to laugh.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan Floyd and Janis Wheeler; two grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
