Dana Meeks Taylor, 56, of Purvis, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020, at her home. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2020, Moore Funeral Home in Purvis from 12:00 p.m.. until service time at 2:00 p.m. followed by burial at Cherished Acres Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor attended Grace Covenant Church. She spent most of her time caring for and raising dogs for the last twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents; Hunter and Hazel Carlisle, and Wilson and Ethelyn Meeks.
She is survived by her husband, Duyane Taylor of Pikeville, KY; her father, Gary (Judy) Meeks of Senatobia, MS; her mother, Nelda (Kendall) Evans of Purvis; four brothers, Dale (Deanna) Meeks of Purvis, Chris (Michelle) Meeks of Purvis, Bailey (Kendall) Meeks of Senatobia, MS, and Brandon (Lauren) Meeks of Madison, MS; her aunt, Bennie Lou (Wayne) Rayborn of Columbia; her uncle, Butch Meeks; and 12 nieces and nephews.
