Services will be held 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019, at Piave Baptist Church of Richton for Mr. Darrell Jerome Henderson, age 58, of Richton who passed from this life on June 21, 2019. Bro. Bryan Nicholson will officiate with burial to follow in the Henderson Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Chris Meadows, Derek Meadows, Jason Walley, Devin Henderson, Josh Henderson, George Henderson and Danny Graham.
Mr. Henderson was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in New Augusta. He was a skidder operator with the Orville Cooley Logging of Leakesville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Lucy Henderson; brother, Mike Henderson and great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Mae Louise Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Mickey Henderson of Richton; daughters, Allison (David) Roberts, Nicole (Chris) Whisenhunt both of Richton; grandchildren, Ashton (James) Deese, Chad (Kami) Roberts, Chasity (Hunter) Meadows, Canaan Whisenhunt; sister, Sheila (Tommy) Meadows of Richton and brother, Bo (Tracy) Henderson of Richton.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2019, at Piave Baptist Church. Jones and Son Funeral Home of Richton is in charge of services.
