William Ray Ulmer, 84, of Heidelberg passed away on April 06, 2019 at Jasper General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at First Church of God, on Tuesday April 09, 2019 starting at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Duane Parker will officiate the service.
He loved to hunt, fish, and most of all his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Huey and Martha Welborn Ulmer; wife, Ruby Jewel Owens Ulmer; and a host of brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Katherine (Joseph W.) Dixon; one sister, Vada Wheeler; and three grandchildren, Emma, Evy, and Simon Dixon.
