A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2020, at Jones & Son Funeral Home in Richton, for Mrs. Deborah Gail Preston, age 67, of Saucier, who died on August 13, 2020. Bro. Glenn Edwards will officiate the service.
Mrs. Preston was preceded in death by her parents, Ethridge “Mose” Brewer and Hazel Mae Brewer; and daughter, Mandy Hinton.
She is survived by her son, Harold (Tonya) Hinton, of Clara; 4 sisters, Dinah Dollahite of Halls, TN, Rhonda (Pat) McKenzie of Ellisville, Sandy Walley and Lisa (Jeff) Byrd of Richton; brother, Mike Brewer of Ellisville; special sister-in-law, Christine Preston of Gulfport, daughter at heart, Lorraine Ann (Jeff) DeDaul of Saucier; 9 grandchildren, Ariel (Jeremy) McIlwain, Chelsea (Josh) Cason, Bailey Hinton, Hunter Preston, Gracie DeDaul, Maddie DeDaul, Annie DeDual, Meagen Ponder, and Kaleigh Goss; along with 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Preston was of the baptist faith. A member of the Red Hat Society and the Mississippi Coast Watchers. She was a published poet and a member of the Gulfport Little Theater.
Visitation will be held 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2020, at Jones & Son Funeral Home.
