Linda L. Rouse, 70, of Seminary, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020, at Covington County Hospital. Services will be Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal with burial immediately following in Sunrise Baptist Church Cemetery.
Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, friends are asked to wear a face mask during the visitation and services for Mrs. Rouse.
Mrs. Rouse was a homemaker and a member of Open Door Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Breland; her husband, James T. Rouse; one brother, James K. Breland; and one sister, Patricia Campfield.
She is survived by four daughters, Stephanie Kelly of Cleveland, TN, Shelia Duckworth (Tim) of Seminary, Stacey McNair (Shane) of Magee, and Shira Beard (Mike Trest) of Petal; eight grandchildren, Ashley Freeman (Roy) of Petal, Jeremy Kelly (Laura) of Cleveland, TN, Jessica Hartl (Justin) of Seminary, Zachary Duckworth of Seminary, Ricky Slade of Magee, Courtney Slade of Hattiesburg, Aaron Beard (Lexie) of Hattiesburg, and Austin Beard of Hattiesburg; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Lavona Wood (Jim) of Seattle, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 4, 2020, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
