Services for Mr. Cecil Lavelle Aycock, age 78, of Beaumont, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Lott and Bro. Delton Parker officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mitchell Lott, Marvin Freeman, Frankie Mathis, Aaron Stuart, Jeff Aycock, Ernest Lott, and alternate, James Ray Patterson. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Gabe Aycock, Matthew Wayda, Tommy Kidd, Jason Cowart, Brandon Cowart, Jacob Cowart, and Hunter Lott.
Cecil was a hard working man his whole life, working as a mechanic and a millwright. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frankie Aycock and his parents, William A. and Billie Sue Aycock.
He is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Debbie Aycock; his son, Lavelle (Christy) Aycock of Richton; his daughter, Teresa (Craig) Wayda of Beaumont; his step-daughter, Beverly Lott of Richton; his step son, Craig (Kelly) Lott of Richton; his brothers, William Aycock and Jackie Aycock both of Oak Grove, and his sisters, Debra Stuart and Pat Yawn both of Oak Grove. He also leaves behind, 7 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and 1 step great grandchild, and special extended family members, Ma (Maxie) Sylvest, Shirley and Patci Gregory, and Pat Jones.
Visitation for Mr. Aycock will be held from 5:30 until 9:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2020, at Calvary Baptist Church.
