Joseph Reid, 45, of Petal, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at the Hattiesburg Community Church with interment in Moselle Memorial Gardens to follow.
Joseph was a member of Hattiesburg Community Church. He is preceded in death by a son, Dillon Reid; his mother, Inga Reid and a first cousin, Lance Reid.
He is survived by his wife, Lora Reid of Petal; a son Kyle (Reagan) Reid of Leakesville; two daughters, Kayla Simpson-Nobles of Petal, Lexi Reid of Richton; a step-daughter, Meagan Sanford of Petal; a step-son, Nathan Ready of Petal; his father and step-mother, Gerald and Pam Reid of Monticello; five grandchildren, Finleigh Reid, Cayne Anthony Stinson, Madelyn Nobles, Jett Nobles, Everly Nobles; two step-grandchildren, Remington Tisdale and Wesson Tisdale; two brothers, Jesse Reid of Monticello, Chad Furr of Brookhaven; a sister, Tina (Caster) Page of Richton.
Visitation for Joseph will be 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at the Hattiesburg Community Church.
