Bonnie Stennett, 67, of Laurel, Mississippi, died Sunday, February 9, 2020, at Select Specialty in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Monday, June 2, 1952, in De Kalb, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 14, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel and the burial will follow in Calhoun Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Anthony and Bro. Nicholas Buchanan will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
Bonnie loved taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Aron and Colonen Eaks, sister, Dianne Eaks.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Anthony Stennett, daughters, Polly Stennett, Sara Buchanan (Nick Buchanan), brothers, Charles A. Eakes (Patsy), John T. Eakes (Donna), sisters, Gloria Eaks, Suezann King.
