A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. for Mr. Gralan Dennis Walley, age 70, of Laurel, at Henderson Cemetery. Mr. Walley passed away on October 10, 2020 at Forrest General Hospital. Bro. Sam McLain will officiate with burial after the service. Pallbearers will be Brady Walley, Dustin Walley, West Walley, Bryan Walley, Trent Robertson, Logan Williams and Mike Cochran as Alternate. Honorary pallbearers will be Leroy Brister, Lance Walley and Brannon Robertson.
Mr. Walley was of the Baptist faith. He was employed as a Game Warden in Mississippi for over 25 years and was a Texas Ranger for over 8 years.
Mr. Walley was preceded in death by his parents, William and Selma Walley; brothers, Billy C. Walley, Hugh S. Walley, David Craig Walley, Glenn A. Walley, Stafford "Gator" R. Walley, Ed W. Walley. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Walley of Laurel; brother, Reese Walley of Hurley; sister, Sonja Carnahan of Beaumont; and a host of other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 15, 2020 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton.
