Mattie Mae Anderson, 88, of Perkinston, Mississippi passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020, at Azalea Gardens Nursing Home. Mattie was born in Picayune, Mississippi on November 15, 1931.
Mattie was survived by her three sons, James (Karen) Anderson of Gulfport, MS, Eugene (Sheron) Anderson of Perkinston, MS, and Jerry (Joy) Anderson of Perkinston, MS; two sisters, Morine Smith of Perkinston, MS and Billie Kirkland of Slidell, LA; seven grand-children, Wendy (Mark) Fayard of Perkinston, MS, James Jr. (Brooke) Anderson of Chattanooga, TN, Andrew (Breanne) Anderson of Florence, MS, Chris (Amy) Anderson of Perkinston, MS, Ryan (Margaret) Anderson of Conway, AR, Brynn Anderson of Mobile, AL, and Brooke (Donavon) Flashner of Wilmer, AL. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Visitation will be from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at Moore Funeral Services. Services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at Moore Funeral Services. Burial Will follow at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Perkinston, MS. Moore Funeral Services in Wiggins is handling the arrangements.
