Rufus E. Robbins, age 85, born October 7, 1934, passed away on March 24, 2020.
Mr. Robbins was a press operator with Howard Industries and a veteran of the U. S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R. T. Robbins and Zora Connerly Robbins; his wife, Betty Robbins; daughter, Lorretta Richardson; brother, Henry Robbins; and sisters, Mildred Robbins Honey, Francis Robbins Hudson, Essie Robbins Westmoreland, and Mary Pearl Robbins Rabb.
Survivors include his son, Jerrod Robbins (Melissa Page Boutwell); brother, Jimmy Robbins of New Hebron, MS; sister, Bobbie Robbins Westmoreland of Shivers, MS; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Sunset Gardens at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2020. Pastor Duwaine Robbins will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Jerrod Robbins, Kevin Mann, Devin Mann, and Duwaine Robbins.
