Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at Jones and Son Chapel of Moselle for Del Carlat, age 64, of Ellisville who passed from this life on June 14, 2020, at his residence. Bro. Kenneth Smith will officiate the service with burial to follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Ellisville.
Pallbearers will be Gary Roberts, Doug Sallis, Aaron Swanier, Pernell Smith, Justin Roberts and Jamie Sprayberry with Brandon Buckhault as alternate.
Mr. Carlat was a wonderful husband who loved God and his family. He served in United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a painter in the construction business.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Darold, Sr. and Margaret Carlat and brothers, Danny and Darold Gene Carlat, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Carlat of Ellisville; daughters, Tina Marie (Jerry) Thomas of Pass Christian and Bonita (Gary) Roberts of Citronelle, AL; sons, Brandon (KateLynn) Buckhault and Douglas (Tonya) Sallis both of Ellisville; sister, Darlene (Keith) Aycock of Conway, AR; brothers, Dale (Cindy) Carlat of Greenbriar, AR and David Carlat of Saucier, MS; niece, Shannon Murphy of Laurel; “Girlfriend” Faye (Craig) Sims of Ellisville; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020, Jones and Son Funeral Home.
