Cameron Nichole Stewart, A.K.A. Red Squirrel, 11, of Petal passed away on October 18, 2020, at Asbury Hospice House. Services will be Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at 10 :00 a.m. at Carterville Baptist Church followed by burial in Leeville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Stewart was a member of Carterville Baptist Church. She loved being outdoors, especially Kayaking.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Casey Mitchell Herrington; and her great-grandparents, Wallace and Noonie Gastal, and Raymond and Becky Pitts.
She is survived by her mother, Jenica Michelle Pitts, of Petal; her father, Timothy Roy Stewart of Petal; her four siblings, Jaden Stewart of Petal, Christen Stewart of Greene County, Aiden Butler of Greene County, and Mason Stewart of Runnelstown; her maternal grandparents, Chris and Patti Pitts of Petal, her paternal grandmother, Angela Byrd of Petal; her paternal grandfather, Roy Stewart of New Augusta; two uncles, Jason Breland of Petal and Kirby Stewart of Ovett; two aunts, Pam Hinton of New Mexico and Selena Stewart of Laurel; and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at Moore Funeral Home in Petal from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
