On February 21, 2020, Patrick Ducheneaux, 35, of Wiggins, passed away in his sleep.
He was born March 19, 1984, to Sandy Fairley and Spencer Ducheneaux. He attended Stone High School and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Patrick loved football, primarily Dallas Cowboys football. Any game day, you would find him somewhere cheering on his team. He was the biggest, loudest, and without a doubt the number 1 fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Patrick was also a Funcle, a fun uncle. He prided himself in being the best uncle and most fun uncle he could be to Paxton, Cooper, and Mikah, his nephews who were the light of his life. Patrick not only was a great uncle, but an amazing brother. He loved his sister and brother. He complained that Marelli put all the grey in his hair, but she was his hero. He loved his little brother, who he lovingly called “Precious Baby Boy”. Patrick was a great son. He was wise beyond his years. He was always a voice of reason and logic.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Sandy Fairley, his pops, Shane Fairley, and Spencer Ducheneaux of South Dakota. By his maw maw, Joyce of Janice, his sister Marelli Danzey of Wiggins his brother Skyler Carroll of Baton Rouge, LA, his sister, Cody Young of Lumberton, his nephews, Paxton, Mikah, and Cooper. He is also survived by his special friends, Magan and Marley Ladner and Alicia and Jaidah Spreitler. He also is survived by many other siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles in Mississippi and South Dakota.
