Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2020, for Mr. James David Huff, age 67, of Leakesville, at First Baptist Church in Leakesville. Mr. Huff passed away on October 26, 2020. Bro. Michael Perry and Bro. Tony Daughtry will officiate the service with burial to follow in the McLeod-Magnolia Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Brown, Mark Brown, Drew Brown, Matt Huff, Chance Keys, Justin Henington. Honorary pallbearers will be Jesse Smith, Dale Harkey, Ricky Bradley, Richard Fleming, Joel Fike, Henry Lee Burley, Phil Rasberry, Don West, Rocky McGarity, Richard Berry.

Mr. Huff was a pharmacist for 44 years. He served on the Board of Directors of First State Bank and Jones County Junior College. He served on the School Board; was a Sunday school teacher, treasurer, deacon and choir member of First Bapitst Church in Leakesville. David was active with the Leakeville Volunteer Fire Dept. and Search and Rescue.

Mr. Huff was preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Dorothy Huff; brother, Jackson Huff; sister, Jean Henington. He is survived by his wife, Nina Huff; daughters, Deah (Chad) Barnes, Brooke (Dusty) Brown; son, David Clay Huff; grandchildren, Everett Jackson Brewer, Camille Elizabeth Huff, Jillian Rebecca Brown, Ella Marie Brown, Taryn Allysa Barnes; "adopted" children, Tony Daughtry and Mary Jo Gaitan.

Visitation will be Friday, October 30, 2020, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Leakesville.
