Edwina Walters Long, born March 7, 1933, left her earthly home on September 23, 2020, at the age of 87.
She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by her extended family with whom she was very close. She was a member of Mill Creek Church.
Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Long; son, Mike Long; parents, Onyx Walters and Azalene Walters; one brother, Jerry Walters; and three sisters, Betty Blackledge, Helen Henry, and Gay Mathis.
She is survived by two brothers, Sonny Walters of Long Beach and Larry Walters of Meridian; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. at Mill Creek Cemetery, with visitation at the graveside at 2:30 p.m. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
