James Lee Martin, 76, of Petal passed away on May 18, 2020, at the Veterans Home in Collins. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest cemetery.
Mr. Martin worked for Akzo-Nobel for thirty-five years. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved to play golf and music.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Martin of Petal; three children, Lawanda Page of Bassett, VA, Shannon Young (William) Camden, S.C, and Stacy Corden (Cotton) of Camden, S.C; three step-children, Joey Scott (Kelli) of Petal, Tina Scott of Petal, and Teri Lynn Bullock (Josh) of Petal; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
