Brenna Grace Clark, 15, of Laurel, MS, passed away Friday August, 30, 2019. She was born Wednesday, October 22, 2003 in Laurel, MS.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church in Laurel, MS. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Temple Baptist Church with burial to follow in Spring Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Cliff Jenkins will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
Brenna was a light in dark world. She loved the Lord and wanted to see others saved. She was an active member of Temple Baptist Church and loved her church. She was also a student at West Jones High School where she participated in the FCA, swim team, show choir, Spanish club, Beta, and many other activities. Brenna made an impact on many lives and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Cecil and Geneva Clark, Estes and Susan Alice Wade Lightsey, Wiley G. and Claudia Kelly and Burl W. and Mildred Harvey.
Survivors include her parents, Wade Coleman Clark and Ty Lynn Clark and brother, Camden Clark of Laurel, MS; grandparents, Jerry and Chellie Clark, Laurel, MS and David G and Sylvia Kelly, Mt. Olive, MS; uncles and aunts, Jonathan and Charity Clark, Laurel, MS, Adam and Amber Clark, Laurel, MS, Jason and Tracy Kelly, Houston, TX, Brad Kelly, Mt. Olive, MS ; cousins, Coley and Emily Clark, Ryder and Blythe Clark, Lena Belle and Nolan Kelly, Ethan and Alivia Kelly.
The boys from Brenna’s youth group will serve as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Temple Baptist Church.
