Johnny Bolin, age 54, passed from this life on November 19, 2020, at Merit Health Wesley while being surrounded by his family. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed everything from relaxing in his porch swing to hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Bolin; grandparents, Henry and Artie Bolin and Arnold and Audrey Anderson.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Bolin of Moselle; step-son Colby (Stephanie) McKissack of Crestview, FL; grandchildren, Kaylee, Peyton, Carter and Mia McKissack; mother, Sharon Jordan; brothers, Kenneth Joseph Bolin, Rex Barton Bolin, Terry Edward Bolin and Charles Christopher Jordan; sisters, Melissa Bolin Thompson, Rebecca Bolin Jefcoat and Samantha Jordan Nelson; mother and father-in-law, Bob and Wanda Tyner and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle followed by a private memorial service for the family with Bro. Bill Brown to officiate the service. The family is requesting that mask be worn and practice social distancing. A limited number of 25 people at a time will be allowed inside the funeral home.
