Liz Shows, 79, of Petal, passed away on November 8, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Petal.
Mrs. Shows was an associate member of Heritage Reformed Congregation of Grand Rapids, MI. She leaves behind a loving husband and many loving family members. She will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Reggie and Lurleen Lee; her infant son; two brothers, William Calvin Lee and Reggie Glenn Lee; and her sister, Peggy Tuma.
She is survived by her husband, Arvis Shows of Petal; her daughter, Betsy (Rod) Burrow of Petal; her son, Brian (Beverly) Blackmon of Oak Grove; three grandchildren, Zachary Burrow, Seth Blackmon, and Lily Blackmon; two sisters, Helen McRaney of New Hebron and Margaret Jones of Vicksburg; her brother, James David Lee (Sherry) of New Hebron; 2 step-children; 8 step-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
