James D. Lovett, age 50, of Laurel, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020.
Born September 8, 1970, he worked as a clerk with Quality Inn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Lovett.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Lovett; wife, Alma Lovett; four daughters, Olivia Lovett, Bethanie Lovett, Maggie Lovett, and Emily Lovett; and two sisters, Stephanie Moore and Melissa Stringer, all of Laurel.
Services will be held at Welborn Cemetery in Jones County on Thursday, October 15, 2020. Graveside visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Greg Musgrove will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Kirk Walters, Jr. Kitchens, Kevin Knight, Dustion Allen, Mike Thrash, Logan Nicholas, and Connor Nicholas. Honorary pallbearer will be Wesley Moore.
