Christopher Leon Smith, 40, passed away Friday, at his residence in Lumberton. Due to the COVID-19 Virus and guidelines established by the CDC and Governor of Mississippi, a memorial service for Christopher will be held at a later date.
Christopher was a carpenter who loved to go fishing in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Roberts; grandmother, Peggy Perry and great-grandmother, Beatrice Perry.
He is survived by his two daughters, Paige Rogers and Regan Rogers, both of Lumberton; his mother, Rita (Lindsey) McDaniel of Lumberton; two brothers, Lloyd (Heather) Roberts of Sumrall, Lindsey (Morgan) McDaniel of Collins; a sister, Stephanie (Joe) Daugherty of Columbia; and grandmother, Betty Bryant of Sumrall.
