Bennye R. Turner, 85, of Petal, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020, at her home.
Due to the pandemic, the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Ms. Turner was of the Baptist faith and a member of the former Wood Lawn Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Korndorffer; her parents, Lloyd and Lugene Turner; and two infant sons, Bennie Bethea Williams and Elmer Ray Williams.
She is survived by her daughter, Elmarie Williams of Hattiesburg; three sisters, Gloria Cruice of Mandeville, LA, Wanda J. Stephens (Calvin) of Petal, and Donna K. Neal (Robert) of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
