Two accused in insurance fraud scheme released on bond
Former Heidelberg Police Officer Dezmond Cooley appears before Circuit Court Judge Stanley Sorey with Public Defender Rance Ulmer last Thursday morning at the Jasper County Courthouse in Bay Springs. Cooley’s bond was set at $20,000.
