The Mize R. T. Prince Memorial Public Librarian, Frances Meadows, received the 2020 Employee of the Year Award from the Central Mississippi Regional Library System at their meeting in Brandon on Friday, February 7. The Prince Library also received a Certificate of Recognition as the Small Division 2020 Branch of the Year and a Certificate of Recognition as a 4 Star Library. A 5 Star Rating is the highest rating, possible, and the Prince Library received the 4 Star Rating for an increase in circulation, the number of computer users, the computer hours used, and the number of patron visits.
