UPDATE: JCSD wanted subject Timothy Meadows was arrested in Wayne County by the Wayne County Sheriff's Department last night after agreeing to surrender. He was wanted by JCSD on Aggravated Assault charges in a stabbing incident.
Meadows has since been transported to the Jones County Adult Detention Facility. He will have his Initial Appearance today at 1:00pm in Jones County Justice Court in Ellisville.
Sheriff Joe Berlin notes, "We greatly appreciate the efforts of Sheriff Jody Ashley and the Wayne County Sheriff's Department for effecting the arrest of Timothy Meadows."
Sheriff Berlin concludes, "Great teamwork leads to great results. The Pine Belt is very fortunate to have Sheriffs and their departments who work closely with each other to help solve crimes and increase public safety."
