Wanted individual Miranda Kittrell was captured by Jones County Sheriff's Department deputies and taken into custody Saturday evening. She was identified at a DUI safety checkpoint on Sandersville-Sharon Road and arrested on outstanding charges.
Kittrell was wanted by JCSD on 39 counts of Simple Animal Cruelty To A Domesticated Animal. She is now incarcerated at the Jones County Adult Detention Facility.
"Great job by JCSD deputes in identifying Miranda Kittrell and taking her into custody," notes Sheriff Joe Berlin. He concludes, "She will now face the criminal justice system for her alleged crimes involving 39 charges of Simple Animal Cruelty To A Domesticated Animal."
