Tyron Brown, 28, was apprehended by the Laurel Police Department at the 1800 block of North Joe Wheeler Avenue Monday, August 31st.
Brown is charged with one count of rape from a case reported to the LPD on August 20th and one count of burglary from the time of his arrest.
Brown will have his initial appearance in Laurel Municipal Court on September 2nd.
Investigator Seth Crabtree is currently assigned to the case.
