The Forrest County Sheriff’s Office has issued a burglary arrest warrant for a 19-year-old Alabama woman.
Layla “Laila” Owens of Mount Vernon, Al., is wanted for Burglary of a Dwelling, according to Scott Lees, Forrest County Public Information Officer.
