After further investigation, a 75-year-old jailed Hattiesburg resident was charged with two counts of sexual battery.
James Martin is a registered sex offender and now faces a total of three charges: two counts of sexual battery and one count of lustful touching.
Martin remains in custody at the Forrest County Correctional Facility, according to Scott Lees, Forrest County Public Information Officer.
