Southeastern Baptist College in Laurel has announced three new additions to its athletics department staff. The three new staff members all have strong connections to the Laurel/Jones County area. 
BUDDY DUKE - Athletic Director and Golf Coach 
Coach Duke is a Laurel native who brings 37 years of coaching experience with him to the SBC program.  He is a graduate of Laurel High School, Jones County Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi.  Coach Duke lives in Laurel with his lovely wife of 18 years, Kerry Duke.
BRODERICK HALL - Men's Basketball Coach and Cross Country Track Coach
Coach Hall was born to Ms. Ann Hall and Mr. Larry Nobles in Laurel, MS, where he graduated from R. H. Watkins High School.  He then went on to earn an associate's degree at Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, MS.  Coach Hall then attended the University of Southern Mississippi and earned his Bachelor's degree. 
Hall began his basketball coaching career as an AAU coach prior to being the assistant coach at Quitman High School and South Jones High School.  Most recently, his coaching journey led him to Laurel Christian School where he coached varsity girls and boys basketball.  Coach Hall and his wife, Belinda, have two daughters and one son:  Bailey, Brock, and Blaire.  Coach Hall's motto in life is "Whoever is happy, will make others happy too."
EUGENE WHITE, Jr - Assistant Men's Basketball Coach
Coach White is a graduate of R. H. Watkins, after which he continued his education at  Alcorn State University.  He brings over 12 years of coaching experience with him to the Chargers.  Coach White lives in Laurel with his wife, Ana, and he attends Calvary Baptist Church.
