The Jones County Sheriff's Department has captured Heather Nicole Holifield, who was wanted on an outstanding Jones County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to keep in touch with attorney. The bench warrant is in association with a charge of possession of controlled substance in a correctional facility.
Holifield has been on the run since being featured on the JCSD Facebook page on May 27. Tips from community members led to her capture. The JCSD is appreciative for the tips.
