The Jones County Sheriff's Department is seeking the whereabouts of Jason Sandy Blackledge, a 40-year-old white male who is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Blackledge was originally convicted in Jones County in 1999 on a charge of lustful touching of a child under the age of sixteen.
