Two Covington County residents were arrested on Wayne Owens Road Monday after a man was apprehended on an aggravated assault warrant.
Investigators and Deputies with the Covington County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on Wayne Owens Road to locate Fredrick Williams, a suspect in a weekend aggravated assault. Investigators located Williams in the residence and took him into custody.
Meanwhile, Skyler Kendrick, a woman at the residence, told Investigators on numerous occasions throughout the day that Williams was not at the residence and she had not seen him. So she was also arrested for hindering prosecution.
A search of the residence revealed a stolen .380-caliber handgun as well as marijuana and methamphetamine. Williams also faces firearms and drugs charges. His bond will be set on these charges on Tuesday and will be revoked because Williams is out on several other felony bonds.
