A man and two women were charged with burglary after Forrest County deputies responded about 8:30 a.m. last Tuesday to a burglary in progress on Geiger Lake Road.
Steven Walters, 38, of Lumberton, Misti Lowery, 37, of Seminary, and Belinda Pierce, 50, of Hattiesburg each were charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling/home invasion.
Lowery was also charged with possession of controlled substances (Schedules II and IV), while Walters was charged with controlled substance/possession of paraphernalia.
All three suspects were arrested and booked in the Forrest County jail. They are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
