Family Health Center (FHC) is a designated site on the Mississippi State Department of Health website to test for COVID-19(Coronavirus). FHC wants to insure that no one is left out that is in need of testing.
FHC’s targeted population includes citizens of Jones, Jasper, Smith, Wayne, and Clarke counties. However, special attention will paid to the most vulnerable population in the service area including the uninsured and under-served.
FHC is slated to use its mobile unit to perform COVID-19 testing at the Laurel Housing Authority (LHA) and Jones County Beat 5 Supervisors Office. FHC’s mobile unit does COVID-19 testing on a daily basis and is scheduled to perform testing on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at the FHC Main Clinic (117 S. 11th Ave, Laurel, MS); Wednesdays at FHC Taylorsville Clinic (531 Hwy. 28 East, Taylorsville, MS 39168); and Thursdays at FHC Waynesboro Clinic.
