Two 38-year-old Hattiesburg residents were arrested Friday in the Camp Dantzler area by Forrest County sheriff’s deputies on marijuana charges after they received a tip regarding child endangerment.
Tommy Hill was arrested for allegedly manufacturing marijuana. Christina Roberts Jackson was arrested for allegedly manufacturing marijuana and on a warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Both individuals were out on bond for possession of controlled substances before Friday’s arrests.
After receiving consent to search, Metro Narcotics agents recovered several marijuana plants being grown in the presence of children.
Child endangerment charges are pending.
